Terms of Service

1. The Subscription Model

By subscribing to a monthly package (e.g., Supernova, Galaxy), you agree to a recurring billing cycle. Services begin only after the initial payment is cleared. For SEPA Direct Debit users, please note that while onboarding begins within 24 hours, final asset delivery, sometimes may be held until the initial payment clears the "Pending" status (typically 2–6 business days).

2. Service Scope & Delivery

• Turnover Time: We aim for high-retention, professional-grade output. Specific delivery timelines are outlined in your Onboarding Roadmap.

• Revisions: Each package includes a specific number of revision rounds. Requests must be made within 72 hours of draft delivery.

• Pause/Cancel: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your Account Portal or by contacting us. No refunds are provided for any cancellation reason. Any Subscription Services you paid for will continue until the end of your current billing period.

• Cancellation Transfer: After your subscription cancellation, we may need to return the social accounts ownership back to the client(YOU). We maintain no responsibility in transfering any of your social media or data to a 3rd party agency or freelancer.

3. Intellectual Property

• Ownership: Upon final payment of each invoice, ownership of the final exported video or image files is transferred to you.

• Usage Rights: We always retain the right to showcase edited clips or any content in our professional portfolio and social media for promotional purposes unless a formal Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is signed separately.

• Raw Assets: We do not provide raw project or design files (e.g., Premiere Pro/After Effects, Illustrator, SVG files) unless specifically negotiated in a custom Enterprise tier.

4. Client Obligations

Asset Delivery & Onboarding

To maintain our production standards and delivery timelines, you are responsible for providing all raw footage, brand assets (logos/fonts), and creative briefs as outlined in your onboarding roadmap. Because we allocate dedicated editing resources and Mac Studio rendering time to your account, delays in asset delivery will result in corresponding delivery shifts. We do not offer refunds or "roll-overs" for unused monthly posts due to delayed client input.

Professional Partnership & Communication

We view our clients as partners in the creative process. To ensure the best results for your brand, we require a professional and respectful level of communication at all times. We maintain the right to terminate any subscription immediately and without refunds if communication becomes unproductive, disrespectful, or falls outside the collaborative standards of AlexWestMedia. In the event of such a cancellation, services will cease immediately and refund is subject to our discretion.

5. Taxes & Fees

• VAT: If you are a business customer, you are responsible for providing a valid Tax ID/VAT number at checkout to ensure your invoices are audit-ready so your business is Tax and accounting papers are fully compliant to your local laws.

• Local Pricing: While we offer local currency checkout outside our base currency EUR in USD, GBP, AUD, CHF, SGD etc.) for your convenience, these prices may include a 1-4% conversion fee managed by our payment processor. You will usually be informed on the checkout page for any fees. We are not responsible for any extra fees your bank may charge you.

6. Limitation of Liability

AlexWestMedia.com provides content strategy marketing, website, SEO, consulting, digital services and video production services. We do not guarantee specific social media growth, "virality," or financial returns, as these depend on third-party platform algorithms and external market factors.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts Cyprus.
